This section is for the current era of Programmers aka 'Software Engineers'. I would list out the best places for each platform that is in the market today. Having worked across different technologies, I came across a lot of very helpful websites, discussion forums, programming forums etc where you have a wealth of information waiting for you to explore, only if you knew that it existed. So, for every programmer, I would like to make this a hopping place when he is searching for a place to resolve his issues.

I have not and may not work on all the technologies. But, as experts in your field of expertise, you would be the best person to suggest websites that proved helpful to you, which would turn out to be the same for others. And, for those who don't want to share this info, so that you can remain as 'experts', for a little while, can remain so.

Did you ever wonder which website to go to, when you are in need of some programming help? I guess not, because you immediately jump on to google to just find and post your question everywhere on the web planet. It takes some time though to really figure out the most active message boards/forums/portals where you can get real 'expert help'. I am listing down the websites which are famous and which were helpful to me. You might've never heard of a few and there WILL be many which I didn't. In case there is something that should be part of the list here, I would be very glad to make it a part of this useful list. So here is a list of websites, very active and where you can get most of your questions answered.
